Keeping the Grill Clean

The warm weather is finally upon us and grilling out with friends and family is in full swing. I ran across some great tips to cleaning your grill naturally. Put these three helpful tips to action and your grill days, and food, will be a much better experience. Here are some good tips I found in an article titled: Tips for Cleaning Your Grill Naturally.

1. Clean your grill 1-2 times a month, if you are an occasional user. If you are using it everyday, then it should be cleaned at least once a week. Use natural soap and water to clean off the excess residue from the food. This will help lengthen the life of your grill.

2. For those charcoal grill users - simply use a stiff wire brush each time to clean and once a month use baking soda to provide a thorough clean.

3. For stainless steel grills its important to not use abrasive cleaners and moisture can really damage your grill - don't forget to cover it up.
